What can students expect from your class? In my YRide classes, I like to create a nice balance between working hard and having fun. My goal for you is to push your limits, challenge yourself both mentally and physically and leave the class feeling better, clearer and more refreshed then when you arrived. I always like to remind my students that you have control in how hard you want to work in class. You have the power, so what will you choose to do with it?
