What can students expect from your class? Expect precise alignment infused with kindness and humor; methodical teaching interwoven with imagery and philosophy. My classes focus on injury prevention and increasing core strength trough a blend of effectively proven techniques for pelvic floor strengthening, core support, and postural alignment, such as Pilates, Feldenkrais and Alexander Technique. Modifications and props are used to support or to deepen a pose.
