My teaching blends over twenty years of yoga and meditation practice with a hard-core athletic life. Yoga compliments all of the activities we enjoy on the West Coast and gives us tools to walk the path of life with more ease and kindness.
My teaching is rooted in the alignment of traditional Iyengar Yoga and informed by the personal insight fostered through Vijnana Yoga.
