Hard work, lots of sweat and good times!  I encourage a connection to the beat of the music and the energy of teammates.  Through focus, optimism, and self determination goals are attainable and limitless.  My classes are form-oriented and core driven with a focus on maintaining balance and breath.  I love welcoming new riders and aim to inspire challenging rides.
