Joanne has been teaching Pilates for 9 years. Her first and foremost goal is to help you achieve a balanced body that moves with ease. By bending, stretching, twisting and engaging your core muscles, you can expect to feel more flexible, open and strong. With attention to form and proper alignment, you will work through a series of exercises that will have you develop a strong core and a healthy back. These classes will focus on the overall mind-body connection leaving you empowered, relaxed, breathing deeply and standing tall.
