What can students expect from your class? Jessica likes to bring the outdoor riding experience inside in her YRide classes. Taking her experience from long distance cycling events on her road bike, alignment, proper form and bike fit are at the heart of a YRide class with Jessica. Working hard and pushing our perceived limits all while listening to our bodies and honouring what they do for us are paramount in every one of Jessica’s classes. From steep hills, fast flat terrain, winding roads and a rockin' playlist, you're sure to leave Jessica's class feeling exhilarated, strong and empowered!
