What can students expect from your class? Hana is a creative teacher who has been in the fitness industry over 15 years. Initially her world of movement began in the dynamic fitness realm with strength and cardio being the drive for her passion for fitness. Over the years, she has been introduced to Yoga and Pilates and naturally began fusing and integrating the benefits of all movement into her classes and one on one training with her participants. Today, Hana focuses on teaching intelligent movement classes that are fun, integrated and accessible to all ages.
