What can students expect from your class? I smile A LOT when I'm teaching as well as when I practice yoga! Expect a playful atmosphere in class and the opportunity to sweat (especially in YFit!). I love linking breath with movement to create a harmony of body and mind - this allows my students to concentrate on their own practice.
I so deeply love teaching prenatal yoga and giving mamas-to-be the chance to take some time for themselves to stretch, re-invigorate, and breathe their way to a more comfortable pregnancy. But perhaps more importantly, I love being able to give these women the opportunity to create their own community of mothers and friends.
