All around movement enthusiast and body-nerd, Brittney is passionate about helping people connect to and enjoy being in their own bodies. Her sheer love of moving mindfully, and the art of practice is deeply woven into her classes, and guides her entire life. An ever-deepening fascination with the human body from her experience practicing and teaching kettlebells, pandiculation, calisthenics, pilates, meditation, running and yoga, informs her intuitive cueing and keen eye for subtle movement patterns. Her class styles range from sweaty to sleepy, and are always fun, relaxed and intentional.
What should students expect from your class? To learn something they actually want to practice, hopefully! My classes are relaxed and fun, and depending on what I’m teaching they are powerful, flowy, slow, fierce, energizing, and always mindful.
