What can students expect from your class? Brandee is an adventurer and a lover of people and life. She instantly fell in love with yoga when she stepped into her first Bikram class in 2000, and she hasn't turned back since. Yoga has, and continues to help her heal on so many levels. Through this practice she has learnt how it feels to be grounded and strong, open and fluid, confident and empowered. She has woken up out of a self destructive and unconscious state and everyday that go's by she experiences what it feels like to love more deeply - her own heart, and the people and the world around her. She feels grateful and excited that she now has the opportunity to share her experiences and teachings with you.

She started practicing in 2000 and began teaching in '07. She feels blessed to have had the chance to study with so many incredible teachers including Stephen Thomas, Sjanie McInnis and Patrick Creelman, as well as the following teachers she has received certifications from: 300 hour Advanced TT with Christine Price Clarke (2014), 250 hour Anusara with Chris Chavez (2009), 200 hours combined Level 1 & 2 Power Vinyasa with Baron Baptist (2007 & 2009), 200 hour Foundations with Ana Forrest (2007).

Her classes will consist of a fuzing of the many styles of yoga she has studied, and will almost always include mantra and often pranayam. She loves teaching a strong yet spacious and lighthearted practice. Expect to be challenged in a loving, nurturing and non-judgmental environment. Her goal always is to encourage you to shine your brightest while holding a safe space for you to experience what it feels like to be you. She will always greet you with a big smile and an open heart : )
