What can students expect from your class? No matter what style of class you find yourself in, you can expect to receive instruction to move and connect to your body mindfully. You will breathe, you may sweat (a lot), and I hope you will laugh!
My intention is for you to come out of class feeling better, stronger, centered, and to have maybe surprised yourself.
