This 50-hour Yin teacher training program designed for both dedicated teachers and passionate practitioners and leans into experiential pedagogy using group work, role-playing, games, drawing and kinesthetic learning. This is a trauma-informed training which means you’ll learn how to hold and create a safe space in which equity and inclusion can blossom and prevail.

You will learn:

  • anatomical variations, modifications, and propping that will empower you to “fit the pose to the student” rather than “fit the student to the pose”
  • how to use props that can both support or enhance a pose
  • pregnancy variations, social justice and the latest fascial and anatomical research, the meridian theory and more
  • how to teach YYOGA’s signature style Yin in our comprehensive format

While a 200-hour certification is necessary to teach, curious students will radically shift their practice and anatomical understanding of yin through this in-depth exploration.
