Running Into Yoga

Join YYoga instructor and runner Katherine Moore for a special "Running into Yoga" event! We will go for a 30 minute run through Kits, followed by running drills and exercises to help improve running efficiency and form. We will return to the studio (YYoga Kitsilano) and practice a yoga sequence designed for runners to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and stability. Strengthen and lengthen your body. All levels are welcome!
