5 Tips for Conquering a 31 Day Challenge

We're a third of the way through the challenge - congrats to everyone who's made it this far! 

Time for a little dose of motivation to keep us going the rest of the way. Here are 5 tips for conquering the rest of your challenge: 

1) Track Your Progress 

Visualize your goals and celebrate little victories! Practice at any one of our 12 centres and track your progress on your tracking calendar in the centre you visit most. Checking off those boxes feels good, yeah?

2) Break It Down

It's a challenge for a reason! No two days will be the same. Some days will be easy. Some days will be a struggle. Once you accept this, you can begin to see your 31 Day Challenge one day at a time, and all you have to do is go to class today. After all, it's really just 31 hours, spread evenly over 31 days!

3) Mix It Up

With 12+ styles of yoga including our signature YHot, plus a selection of fitness classes including YRide indoor cycling, YFit, YSculpt, TRX and Pilates - there's never been a better way to keep your challenge fresh and motivating!

4) Stay Fueled 

Ample hydration and healthy eating go a long way in helping you sustain and gain both physically and mentally during a challenge. When you need a pick-me-up, stop by one of our boutiques for healthy hydration and nutrition.

5) It's Better With Friends 

The journey is easier when you're not alone, so bring a friend or two along for the ride when you need that extra bit of motivation. You're probably also seeing a lot of familiar faces by now - say hi, make friends, cheer on your fellow yogi's through the challenge.
