Colleen believes yoga is a process that involves confronting your limits and rising above while still honoring your authenticity. Colleen aspires to share the gift of yoga, so we can take the practice off our mats and apply the teachings to real life living. Colleen comes from a clinical background as a nurse working with individuals with a variety of mental health issues and believes yoga is a powerful adjunctive treatment for many individuals. Colleen respects that we all come to our mat for many different reasons and allows space to explore. She offers Trauma Sensitive Yoga as well as a variety of other styles including, Power, Hot, Hatha, and Flow
What can students expect out of your class? I offer a therapeutic space to connect body mind and heart through movement, music and philosophy. Classes are, intentional, creative, and challenging yet accessible to all.
