What can students expect out of your class? My students will experience a relaxed, encouraging, and calming environment. Postures are taught with detailed instructions to facilitate proper alignment to prevent possible injuries. I encourage students to discover self-awareness and patience to respect who and where they are "right now". I support gentleness and kindness to the body and mind while guiding students to new discoveries and new possibilities through their yoga journey. Sharing who I am, who you are and laughter together are my highlights of every class.
