What can students expect from your class? I disagree wholeheartedly with the old adage 'No pain, No gain'. I believe it should be natural to experience no pain during your practice and my philosophy leans more heavily in the direction of 'If it feels good, do it (if not, please don’t!)'. My classes emphasize strength and fluidity along with body awareness, proper alignment and breath work
