In this workshop you will learn the fundamental body mechanics and alignment points for your inversions, and play with what it means to explore and fly upside down. We will be working numerous inversions from headstand to handstand. So, be ready to move, fire it up, and get seriously present!
A sense of comfort in the Vinyasa practice is beneficial.
