Check before you cancel!
Concerned that you’re not getting the best value for how often you come to class? You may not need to cancel – we’re always open to chatting about your pass/membership options and can help you make a shift if it will better serve your schedule and maintain your practice. Speak to a Centre Manager or Supervisor in person or over the phone, or feel free to Contact Us online. Use the form below to submit a request to cancel your Month-to-Month, Annual or Builders Membership. All Cancellation requests must be submitted through this online form.
Note that we require at least 72 hours advance notice to review and process requests. Requests received less than 72 hours in advance will be processed as soon as possible but without guarantee of matching your requested cancellation date or preventing a scheduled Month-to-Month membership billing.
Requests for exceptions to Cancellation policy can be submitted by online form, however they are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a by-case basis only.
Once your request is reviewed, you will be contacted by a YYoga Team Member to confirm your eligibility and the details of your cancellation, including how to submit any required supporting documents.
Need a little bit of time off?
You may not need to cancel – all members are entitled to 60 days of Hold time per calendar year. Check out our Hold Policy to make sure this isn’t a better option.
YYoga Cancellation Policy
A minimum of one month advance notice must be given by online Cancellation form. Cancellations cannot be backdated. This translates to one final payment after giving notice. Membership will end one month after the final monthly billing. Members are welcome to continue practicing during this period. Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Month-to-Month Memberships cannot be placed on hold once cancellation notice has been given. Members can choose to waive the one month notice and cancel immediately, with membership finishing one month from their most recent billing date. In this case, a fee of $50 + tax will be requested to complete cancellation, or billed to your credit card on file. In cancelling, members forfeit their current monthly rate, terms and conditions.
Cancellation can only be granted if a member moves more than 30KM away from any YYoga centre, or for medical reasons. A minimum of one month advance notice must be given by online Cancellation form. Cancellations cannot be backdated. Memberships cannot be placed on hold once Cancellation notice has been given. Supporting documents (new address, doctor's note) are required and must be submitted to your home centre to complete a cancellation. A YYoga Team Member will respond to your request with instructions on how to submit your paperwork. Refunds will be prorated based upon the time remaining on the pass. Members are welcome to continue practicing for one month from the date of notice. Refunds will be processed after the final day membership. Time added to the end of a pass as a result of an approved hold/extension is not eligible for refund. Expired memberships are not eligible for refund. Members can choose to waive the one month notice period and cancel immediately. In this case a fee of $50 + tax will be deducted from your refund amount. NOTE: 30/$40 Intro Passes, 5-Class, 10-Class, Limited Promotions (i.e. Summer 15 Class Pass) and other passes as specified by YYoga are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
