RUNNING INTO YOGA
An Introduction to Yoga for Runners

Sundays March 21, April 4 & April 18, 2:00-4:00pm, $30 each or all 3 for $75

Lets get ready for the SUN RUN! Learn how a simple yoga series can benefit your running.  Head out for a 30 min run with professional instruction from Katherine on form and breathing techniques.  When we return to the studio we will practice a Yoga class designed for runners.  After the yoga class we will have a small discussion on running goals with question and answer. Through meditation and yoga you can become a more efficient, smooth, effortless and injury free runner. You will be amazed with the results!

ABOUT KATHERINE MOORE
Katherine has been practicing yoga for 8 years and has been competing in distance running for 6 years.  She has completed 6 marathons and taken 31 minutes off her first marathon in only 4 years.
