According to Patanjali, there are 3 things every yogi should understand: How to live on the Earth, Who we really are in this body and Who we are in eternity. ABOUT JEFFREY ARMSTRONG
Jeffrey Armstrong is the author of The Spiritual Teachings of the Avatar. He has studied the Vedic philosophy and Indian culture for over forty years. He is the founder of the Vedic Academy of Science and Arts (VASA) and has shared his knowledge of ancient Indian wisdom to audiences around the globe. Jeffrey has degrees in psychology, English literature, history, and comparative religion and is an expert in India and the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit.
