What if I just can't do a pose?
No problem! At one time in our early lives we couldn't walk and through practice we got there. The teacher will offer different variations of the poses so that everyone can benefit and each time you come to class you will learn a little bit more. Remember there is no such thing as not being "good" at yoga.
