What can students expect from your class? Enthusiastic focus on Ujjayi (breath awareness), Drishti point (focused gaze), Bandhas (internal and external locks) and anatomical alignment. No frills, just concentrated intention.

Why Yoga? Devotion of a sustained practice by forming a clear intention of self discipline. When choosing to stay with this practice despite inevitable highs and lows of life, I feel focused. A decision of awareness on the part of my life that is unchanging and always present.
