What can students expect from your class? I believe that the health and happiness gained from a yoga practice is accessible to everyone and everybody. I believe that everyone can “do” yoga. I encourage my students to consciously pay attention in their practice and I intend to give my students the support and space that they need to breathe and truly listen to their bodies. Yoga is a journey, not a destination and it will change your life – one breath at a time.
Why Yoga? The beauty of yoga is that your practice doesn't just have to happen on your mat. Everything you do can be your practice. As one of my teachers says, "Yoga is not a particular method. As soon as a person says 'I want to be a better person', that is the start of Yoga"
