Training Certifications: RYT-200; yin yoga 35 hr; verbal cues and modifications 20 hr
What can students expect from your class? I focus on each moment through bringing attention to the breath and the full experience it can bring to each pose. I believe that the breath is intimately tied to our core awareness, our ability to experience the reach in each pose, the flow of class, and the fun we can have moving between poses.
Why Yoga? I am awed by the lessons I bring from the mat every time I practice! Yoga brings patience, compassion, and self awareness to my life, and allows me to move through each moment; accepting the grace it brings.
Inspirations: I am inspired by my surroundings and the potential for my energy to add positively to them. I am inspired by nature, movement, and dreams.
