Why Yoga? I love the balance of a physical and mentally challenging practice - one that is sequenced intelligently and invites a sense of calm. I work diligently to find stability and freedom in my body, which helps me to understand the advanced practices of yoga off the mat. I come to the practice of yoga to find balance in my busy life as a humble and dedicated student of motherhood, partnership, and community.
Inspirations: Being a mother and a partner inspires me - it keeps me on my toes and in the moment constantly. It inspires me to be grounded, patient, and loving.
