As a student, my expectation has always been to be taught by knowledgeable and compassionate teachers. As a teacher, my mantra is to actively empower others by sharing the knowledge I've acquired. If I am able to bring an individual to a place they've never been before in their mind-body journey, then my passion has been realized. The healing community at Yaletown YYoga is for me. Beat by beat, measure by measure, the heart within the body of teachers and students bring me to life!
