What can students expect from your class? I have a fun spirited and contemporary approach to Pilates - blending all my movement education into a well rounded experience that creates whole body connectivity. My teaching largely stems from the Developmental Movement Patterns and my goal is to have everyone access as much movement potential as they have available.
Why Yoga? Every time I engage in a movement practice, whether it be dance, Yoga or Pilates, I'm open to what is happening in that moment. I come to the practice with intentions of curious investigation and am open to both the teacher's guidance as well as my own inner teacher's wisdom. There is always something to be built on, appreciated and accepted as I focus on my breath and movement.
Inspirations: Nature! The arts! As well, people and their work inspire me - there is so much diversity and I appreciate everyone's unique expression and contribution.
