Lost on the pebble beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, Andrew’s path led him west, past the mountains to the shores of the pacific. That journey seems so short compared to his journey on the mat. Along the beaches and forests of Indian arm or in the studio, you will find Andrew on the mat! Pushing to the edges of his perceived limits, challenging his focus and stamina, trying to go a little bit further while staying connected to his breath. Drawing upon his resources to maintain that edge, daring to leap , than working to do less, to find compassion, to be more gentle and more tolerate, in practice and in life. He finds a place of both comfort and intensity, right on the cusp or edge, seeking to find or build upon experiences, relationships, connections, and wisdom.
