What can students expect out of your class? A deep challenge to be real and playful both with the physical practice and with yourself. Expect serious, fun, and igniting Power Vinyasa practice or a beautifully soft and meditative place to just be in our Yin practice. Spread love and do yoga.
Why yoga? Yoga for me is about letting go of anything and everything that blocks our inner light from shinning brilliantly bright. The Asana (physical practice) can be playful, beautiful, creative, tough, hot, fluid, and dynamic. But in the end the Asana doesn't really matter it's the simple connection with heart that matters and the ability to let go.
What inspires you? Love, gratitude, and giving.
