A daily 2-hour class specifically designed for teacher trainees will integrate the principles of teaching deeply into your body. Get ready to be transformed!

All 200-Hour Teachers' College programs are PCTIA and Yoga Alliance Certified.

Curriculum Overview

The methodology of the YYoga 200-hour teacher training unites a meticulous understanding of alignment with the power and flow of the breath. YYoga is committed to training bio-mechanically astute teachers who can support their love of yoga with a profound appreciation for functional movement. With this robust understanding of anatomy and alignment, you will dive into sequencing and philosophy, as well as take forays into the subtle body, prenatal yoga, chanting, and pranayama.

Module I: Transform your practice through classes and alignment labs and begin to deepen your understanding of the philosophy and history of yoga.
