Yoga classes are opportunities to ignite kundalini, or potential energy at the base of the spine.

Whether I'm facilitating a kundalini, hatha, or yin class, emphasis on the breath will help rejuvenate us from the inside out. Kundalini classes will be filled with heavy pranayama, mantra and kriya sets... not to mention a lot of sweat and song! I encourage all students to bow to their inner teacher and to bring marbles and thimbles from along their journey to where we meet on the mat. There's no need to fit in anywhere but comfortably within yourself!
