From the beginning of time I have loved to laugh, dance and play, so it’s no wonder I grew up to be a Kids’ Yoga and Kripalu Yogadance teacher. How I wish I’d begun practicing yoga as a child! Yoga has given me the gifts of compassion, patience, and gratitude. In yoga I’ve found calm, focus, strength and the ability to breathe through whatever life puts in my path. It amazes and inspires me to see how quickly yoga awakens these gifts in children. My classes include breathing, postures, relaxation and meditation. We also practice yoga in singing, dancing, playing, and making up our own poses. We learn to transition from ecstatic activity to blissful silence. We learn to move from the inside out, exploring our bodies to discover what makes us feel good. Join me on the Path of Happiness!
