I've been practicing yoga for eight years. Ever since I realized how good it felt to be able to breathe with awareness and come into my body as opposed to spinning around in my mind all the time. I love the community involved in teaching; the energy I gain from students and teachers; the creativity and the learning. I love observing growth; being in the moment with my class; and getting to confront all kinds of personal doubts. I love teaching my passion. In my Hatha and Vinyasa classes, I intend to let my students lead in terms of the depth, pace and variation of poses I bring. All that matters is that people are breathing and feeling present in their bodies. At times, I'll offer a theme or my own intention, but it's always an offering because we're all experts on our own lives so we know what we need from each experience.
