Our South Granville centre is located at West Broadway and Fir Street in Vancouver and presently hold public classes run Monday through Thursday starting at 5:00pm.
We are excited to announce that we are re-imagining our South Granville location and powering up the schedule with high-energy programming including YRide, TRX & a brand new circuit training class called YFit. We will be closing the centre in August to renovate and will re-open in the fall as a two room, high-energy centre!
YFit is a cross-training infused yoga and fitness class. Get sweaty, lean, and strong with a circuit training class that will sculpt your body and power you to your next level of fitness! This dynamic, fun, and vigorous workout uses exercises that capitalize on your own body weight to up your endurance and promote functional strength that will enhance all the other activities that you love. Yoga inspired cool down leaves you zen for the rest of your day. Prepare to sweat, work hard, and find your limits! All levels will be welcome when we launch this class in autumn 2014.

Developed by a Navy Seal, TRX is a cutting edge suspension training system that uses your own body weight to deliver a powerful, core-centric, full-body work out. Because you control the intensity of your workout, TRX is perfect for all level students to effectively cultivate strength and improve overall athleticism and power. All levels welcome to come get sweaty and strong.
