YFit is a cross-training infused yoga and fitness class. Get sweaty, lean, and strong with a circuit training class that will sculpt your body and power you to your next level of fitness! This dynamic, fun, and vigorous workout uses exercises that capitalize on your own body weight to up your endurance and promote functional strength that will enhance all the other activities that you love. Yoga inspired cool down leaves you zen for the rest of your day. Prepare to sweat, work hard, and find your limits! All levels will be welcome. Please bring shoes, a towel (for sweat & floor work), and water.

Because you control the intensity of your workout, TRX is perfect for all level students to effectively cultivate strength and improve overall athleticism and power.
