Yoga, Meditation & Pregnancy: Your Smiling Baby!

As busy professional, yoga teacher, and mom in the middle of my second pregnancy, I now fully appreciate the word: “priorities”. Life is “busy” as some would say (although I prefer “abundant”). Either way I have learnt that my health, and now baby’s health, take priority… so all of the other wonderful things that make life enjoyable come next! And, as an over achiever I am not interested in just having good health, I am talking about abundant health, inner smile radiant health! So for this, I turn to where I always have, to yoga and meditation. That is, for me yoga has always been there as my best reminder to be healthy, happy, and grateful. And in pregnancy, life is abundant, my body is changing, hormones are flying, and I have a little human growing inside me… I need this reminder even more.
