Chair yoga is a great way to introduce people to yoga especially those who are not athletically inclined or haven’t regularly exercised. I recently taught a yoga class in a boardroom of a corporation to a group of people who were absolutely new to yoga. After 30 minutes of stretching, breathing and a short meditation, they all felt more energized, grounded and ready to face the rest of the day sitting at their desks.
